We let it rise overnight, then bake them into small rolles and leave them in the oven for 10 min. Yum!

A freshly baked Swedish baguette a la Anna style served at a friends- date - or girls dinner, will make any guest come back tomorrow (even if you don’t want them back tomorrow again..)
Olive oil, salt, organic white flour, water, some oats and honey. I leave it overnight usually If I am not in a hurry. That’s it!
1 Cinnamon Bun: 2 £/20 kr
Those cinnamon buns are just like a warm, sunny, relaxed summer day. All in.
Butter, milk, flour, sugar, cinnamon, egg & cardamom. I let it rest for a few hours. Bake. Let it rest. Bake. Oven. Eat.
Just don’t eat them all at once!

Summer in Sweden = FIKA. This cookie recipe came from our grannie. Fred sold out these cookies every single day at Varholma last year. A real taste of a typical Swedish summer day.

1 “Loaf” of Banana Cake: 5 £
Never waste anything. You can always make something out of it! A few really brown bananas, a small slice of butter, egg, a pinch of sugar, flour, baking powder. That’s it and it’s just awesome to eat with some friends or bring to the office to surprise your colleagues!
