I am Anna, and I lived a busy life back in 2010, travelling back and forth between Russia, Bodaibo, London & New York and then back to Stockholm again. I was building a gold exploration company together with a couple of investors from Sweden and Russia, and we had 100 geologists digging for the gold ores.
However, I needed a break, something to do with my hands and give back to the community. I started to bake small bread buns and cinnamon buns & got my father in law, Claes, to help clean up in the kitchen. We marketed with some sign posts on the trees and posted on Facebook. The neighbours started to order and we came back each summer since then with an ever expanding offer of delicious bakeries.
The buns were a hit on the island and the rest is history!

We started out with me, my husband Erik and my father in law Claes, who is the owner of the house on the island. We got also good hands from my mother to sell the breads before Marta & Fred were big enough to help out, which they always have enjoyed.
Since we moved to London in 2016 we expanded our small NGO business to Putney and Euston, got more lovely and returning customers.
We have now been asked to expand and build this business as a force for good, with a triple bottom line, to deliver the most delicious bakery & give back. That's our promise!
